George J. Roberts has spent his entire career in the software industry after graduating from UW-Madison in 1979. In July 2003, he retired from Silicon Valley software giant Oracle Corporation, where for five years he ran North American sales and as executive vice president, was a member of the corporation's management committee and reported directly to CEO Larry Ellison. After logging over 3 million domestic and international air miles in the past 13 years, Roberts now lives in Mequon, Wis.
